Muffet McGraw, born Margaret "Muffet" McGraw on December 5, 1955, is a retired American basketball coach. She is most notably known for her highly successful 33-year tenure as the head coach of the Notre%20Dame%20Fighting%20Irish%20women's%20basketball team, from 1987 to 2020.

During her time at Notre Dame, McGraw led the Fighting Irish to two national championships (2001 and 2018), seven Final Four appearances, and numerous conference titles. She is widely regarded as one of the greatest coaches in women's college%20basketball history.
